- All bookings are first come first served and confirmed with payment.
- A deposit of 10 euros can be made to confirm place with the remainder paid before the 8th December 2021
- This is non-refundable unless an extended lockdown is put in place and then anyone who has booked has the option of choosing an alternative date or having it returned.
- If a booking is cancelled for any reason other than lockdown by the payee after the 11th December 2020 payments are non-refundable.
- The early bird option is only valid if paid in full before the 1st of December 2020. A deposit can be paid to secure a place initially but the remainder must be paid before 1st December. After that date, the full remainder totalling 40 euros will be required.
- In event of an extended lockdown, new dates will be issued and then any bookings will be rearranged and if necessary, payments refunded.
